Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place the jewelry in its original Beadable Bliss pouch and box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship Your Return
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
